Ex Circus – Center
A short distance from Piazza Navona we find Ex Circus, a place open even on Sundays if you want to study, write or read in front of a nice cup of cappuccino. Inside you’ll find stations with power outlets, Wi-Fi and table service for ordering. The place is frequented by working women and students. It remains a quiet place, however. Open all week from 9 a.m.

Literary Cafe – Ostiense
The Literary Café is well known in the city, music evenings, book presentations and other cultural events are organized inside. In this café you will find a coworking area and the bibliocaffè that is part of the city circuit of Rome’s libraries. You can choose between a free membership card with basic services or a 10-euro card with additional services.

Casanatense Library – Center
Studying in this wonderful place is an experience worth trying. We are talking about one of the oldest libraries in Rome, a short distance from the Pantheon.
It opened on November 3, 1701 and soon became one of the most highly regarded and well-stocked libraries of the time. Places for those who do not consult the materials in the facility are few (8), but it always depends on the people in the room. Anyone (16 years of age and older) with a valid and current identification card may enter the library. Directly on site, an access card is issued that can be used for 1 year. Admission hours are Monday 9am-2pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30am-5:30pm.

TOMO Bookstore Café – San Lorenzo
This charming bookstore with essays and novels has a co-working space and an informal café. Daily seating is charged a few euros. There are not many seats, but still it remains an interesting place where events are often organized. Opening hours are: Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Starbucks Montecitorio or Termini Station
After its recent opening we could not fail to include it. In fact, Starbucks abroad is one of the most popular places to study, write or work. If you like frappuccino and muffins, it is the place for you.
