Rome certainly has no shortage of places to eat. Everything speaks of food: the smell of freshly baked croissants in the early morning, pizza baked in a wood-fired oven, grandma’s pastasciutta at lunchtime, and for a snack a nice piece of white pizza with mortadella. I know, you’re getting hungry just thinking about it.
What, however, are the best restaurants to eat in the city? Here is our selection of restaurants featured in the Michelin guide.
Enoteca la Torre
Two Michelin stars for this romantic restaurant in the city on Lungotevere delle Armi. Mediterranean, Campanian and Roman flavors will delight diners’ palates. Some dishes are finished directly in the dining room, such as Babà al Rum, vanilla, sour cherries and mint. A variety of dining experiences can be chosen: three dishes to choose from the menu at 180 euros; 6-course surprise tasting course at 200 euros; 8-course surprise course at 220 euros per person.

Chef Anthony Genovese talks about his travels, primarily France, through his dishes. The three tasting courses are: Circus, 10 courses – 250 euros; Orme, 8 courses – 230 euros; Intermezzo at lunch, 4 bring for 170 euros. Drinks are not included.
