In Rome on Sept. 27 (Saturday), Pizzeria Fleming will be inaugurated: a Roman pizzeria, where tradition and contemporary taste meet to give life to a neighborhood eatery. Between research, simplicity and the warmth of home, here the Roman pizza is prepared with modern flours and long rising doughs, for a result full of flavor, just like the Roman manual.
