VIVI, Food & Lifestyle brand, was founded by Daniela Gazzini and Cristina Cattaneo. This review dedicated to yoga was strongly desired and is successful every year. “The initiative was created with our clients in mind and the benefit of a free yoga review to be practiced surrounded by the greenery of one of the Capital’s largest parks,” say Daniela and Cristina. We thank the President of the 12th City Hall, Elio Tomassetti, and the Municipality of Rome who have sponsored this initiative appreciated over the years by thousands of Roman citizens.”
“Sun Salutation” consists of a dynamic sequence of 12 postures and is beneficial for the well-being of the body and mind, helping to tone the muscles of the body, develop concentration, coordination and balance, calm the mind and regulate sleep.
After the practice, you can enjoy an aperitif or dine in the Vivi bistro in the Villa Doria Pamphili.
