With the arrival of summer,the hotel on Largo Benedetto Marcello reopens its outdoor space, located in the Pinciano neighborhood. The terrace presents itself as an urban lounge with Art Nouveau aesthetics, accessible both from inside the hotel and directly from the street, for hotel guests and the entire local community.
The Revival of Terrazza Elio
The golden hour becomes the centerpiece of the seasonal program thanks to the curation of bar manager Simone De Luca. The drink list is the result of a collaboration with St. Germain elderflower liqueur and the Campania-based winery Feudi di San Gregorio. Standout offerings include refreshing variations such as the St-Germain Spritz (mixed with Falanghina Brut), the French Daiquiri with notes of peach, and the spicy Amarillo Margarita.
For those who prefer wine, the “Cugino” bar transforms the evening offering into a counter-side experience, where refined wines are paired with select charcuterie platters. To accompany toasts on the terrace, a selection of tasty small plates. Tomato and mozzarella rice balls (2 pieces for €9) and French fries (€8) or other Roman specialties, such as savory mini maritozzi with veal in tuna sauce (2 pieces for €10) and the daily slice of Roman pizza (4 pieces for €12). But also fried anchovies with candied citrus and dill mayonnaise (€15) and meatballs in sauce with Grana Padano (€11).

For dinner, in addition to classic Roman dishes such as artichokes alla giudia and amatriciana, the menu features new creations born from this collaboration, such as linguine with anchovies and Muscat grappa or braised lamb with zucchini cream.
