Sushisen – Pyramid
This modern restaurant near the historic Testaccio district offers both conveyor-belt sushi and a la carte Japanese dishes. In the kitchen, graduate Japanese chefs offer the most typical dishes of the cuisine of the Rising Sun as well as the most refined ones.
Sushi assortments range from a minimum of €18 to a maximum of €62. The sushi-sashimi moriawase includes a selection of 8 nigiri and 16 sashimi according to the day’s arrivals + 8 rolls. Also worth trying is the dorayaki, Doraemon ‘s dessert (anyone who watched the resourceful robot kitty as a child will remember this treat).

Sozo EUR
At Sozo’s you can try special dishes to go with cocktails prepared in its bar. The menu is a la carte, and the setting is elegant and intimate (ideal for a romantic dinner). To reveal a few dishes, there is sashimi tasting with sturgeon caviar and gold leaf (12 pieces) at €18, Soft shell Roll (soft shell crab in tempura, mayonnaise, tobiko and teriyaki sauce) at €15 and Dragon roll (shrimp tempura, eel wrapped with sesame and teriyaki) at €15.

Moku Tiburtina
Moku offers all-you-can-eat at the tables with quality sushi. The menu includes different types of sushi: nigiri, gunkamaki, temaki, hosomaki, and uramaki. In a very nice location (when you can eat in restaurants) you can also enjoy soups, first courses, main courses and desserts. Good value for money. It also offers musical evenings, such as karaoke night.
Moku Restaurant is currently open for lunch and dinner. Two options can be chosen:

Sushi & Noodles Aventine
This restaurant offers a la carte quality sushi menus. Among the dishes offered are Mediterranean maki (salmon, tempura squash blossom, burrata cheese, and Sicilian red shrimp), tai millefoglie (millefoglie with homemade eggplant hummus, sea bream, ikura, salt, and EVO oil), and wagyu teppanyaki.
The three venues in Prati, Tuscolana and Aventino also offer aperitifs from 5 to 8 p.m. The cost starts from €8 (snack mix or Asian starter + cocktail formula) up to €18 per person: 10 pieces of sushi + glass of sparkling wine.

Another all-you-can-eat sushi to try in Rome is Roppongi, a short distance from the Repubblica metro station. It is open for both dinner and lunch, and the venue is charactestic.
