In Marino there is a restaurant to discover, Humo Brasa y Musica opened this summer, precisely on Via dei Laghi Km 4.0. The restaurant presents itself as a secluded place, away from the daily hustle and bustle, where the atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy a special gastronomic experience.
The name itself, “Brasa y Musica,” suggests a cuisine focused on barbecued meats and an environment where music plays an important role, with fire shows and DJ sets. The restaurant offers three menus: barbecued meat €45 p.p. (excluding drinks), paella €40 p.p. (excluding drinks) and pizza €28 p.p. (excluding drinks).
Prices vary depending on the menu selected, with each menu featuring a selection of cheeses and cured meats including pepata and Iberian lardo, chorizo extra, chorizo extra, chorizo blanco, paletta iberica, tortillas de patatas and pimento del patròn, pan y tomato and patanegra 100% bellota etiqueta negra as appetizers; crema catalana and churros as dessert.

Humo focuses on a combination of good food and entertainment, in a setting that is meant to be cozy and out of the city norm. In fact, the venue is very nice. It is divided into two parts, in the middle we find the cocktail bar with the various seats for having an aperitif or an after-dinner drink. On the other side we find the kitchen with tables for dining.
The atmosphere is that of a Finca Ibizenca, a charming farmhouse, with dim lights, for dining by moonlight. The courses respect the Spanish style of “para compartir” that is, sharing at the table with one’s fellow diners.
