The Alpine Pearls of the Susa Valley
These two locations in the Susa Valley (Piedmont) offer different experiences depending on the season. Bardonecchia, recognized as the Queen of the Alps, is a historic tourist destination that combines breathtaking scenery with a wide range of sports offerings. During the winter it is a snow sports paradise, with numerous kilometers of ski and snowboard slopes, while in the summer it becomes ideal for trekking, mountain biking and climbing. It was voted Europe’s best ski resort in 2023, as reported by the Financial Times based on data from the Post Office Travel Money Ski Resort Report in collaboration with Crystal Ski Holidays.
Oulx (Cesana-Claviere-Sestriere), strategically located, serves as the gateway to the Via Lattea ski area, one of the largest in Europe, which includes resorts such as Sestriere, Sauze d’Oulx and Claviere. In summer, the area is a prime starting point for exploring nature parks and nature trails.
