With the arrival of spring, Rome awakens under a new light, and the Rione Monti neighborhood prepares to celebrate the season of renewal with an opening that brings the charm of the Land of the Rising Sun to the rooftops of the capital.
The inauguration of Hiromi La Terrazza
The Hiromi group, already a benchmark for Japanese pastries and cuisine, is expanding its horizons by opening Hiromi La Terrazza, a contemporary rooftop bar located on the top floor of the 77 Hotel.

Just as cherry blossoms mark the beginning of a new cycle, this new location invites you to leave the gray winter behind and immerse yourself in an environment where modern design meets nature and history. The space, featuring floral wallpaper and bonsai trees, welcomes about seventy guests in an atmosphere suspended above the city.
The large panoramic windows offer a privileged view of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, while an exclusive outdoor table awaits the warmth of summer to offer evenings of absolute privacy under the Roman stars.
Flavors of Japanese spring

The gastronomic offering, curated with the elegance that distinguishes the brand, focuses on the freshness of sushi and Japanese specialties: carpaccio, sashimi, and tartare that vary daily to ensure the highest quality, nigiri, uramaki, and the exclusive wagyu roll, prepared in full view to engage the senses.
A dedicated menu, divided into the categories Umami, Aroma, and Harmony, curated by sommelier Roger Acosta to enhance every bite.
In the afternoon, afternoon tea is an invitation to slow down and enjoy the afternoon light on a cultural journey that goes from aperitif to dinner, with the aim of soon extending the welcome to lunch as well.
This opening completes the mosaic of the Hiromi project in Rome, combining the legacy of the famous Hiromi Cake and the immersive experience of Hiromi La Maison in a coherent journey through the city from breakfast to dinner.
Where: Via Agostino Depretis, 77 – Rome. Open every day for aperitifs and dinner.
