After winning over the palates of Romans with their first shop in the Prati neighborhood, the three young founders of Fabula Patisserie are already ready for a second round in the capital. The concept, which originated in Terni in 2024 and quickly became a viral sensation on social media, will announce the opening of its second Roman store very soon.
What we know about Fabula’s second store
The exact location is still a secret, but there’s a rumor: the owners (Giorgia, Federico, and Tommaso) seem to have a soft spot for the EUR neighborhood. However, before making a final decision, they wanted to directly involve their loyal online community. In fact, through their social media channels, they asked their followers to suggest and vote on which area of Rome they’d like to see the new dessert haven open in.
Regardless of which neighborhood wins the poll, it’s likely that the new location will retain the identity and menu that have made the brand a success.

Future customers can expect a counter filled with modern baked goods and creations with an international flair: from the iconic Cuornetti and Cornetti Cookies, to soft Cinnamon Rolls and Fluffy Pancakes, all the way to the current must-try items, such as the Colosseum-shaped tiramisu . Among this summer’s new offerings are also the banana croissant and the realistic-looking fig.
All that’s left to do is keep an eye on the pastry shop’s social media pages to find out where this new, delicious “fairy tale” will open and to learn the official opening date.
While waiting for the new opening (it will be a few months), you can try Fabula’s specialties at two locations:
- 📍Rome, Via Tacito 66
- 📍Terni, Via Piero della Francesca 6
