There’s a date to mark on the calendar for all the capital’s“foodies”: Saturday, April 11. The buzz that has been swirling around the patisserie’s social media profile for weeks has finally culminated in the official announcement. What was once an anticipation shrouded in mystery has now turned into a destination just a few steps from Via Cola di Rienzo, where the three young founders of Fabula Patisserie have decided to open their second store.
Fabula Patisserie arrives in Rome

Will it become the new go-to spot for Roman breakfasts and snacks? No one knows, but there are plenty of comments and likes on posts about the Rome opening. Following its success in Terni, the opening at Via Tacito 66 won’t be just a simple opening of the shutters, but a real event for the community.
To celebrate its entry into the Roman market, the owners have decided to reward their most loyal fans and early adopters: the first 200 customers to walk through the store’s doors will receive a free cookie, the iconic product that made the brand go viral on social media. Although the exact time is still being finalized, the invitation is clear.
Alongside the famous Cinnamon Rolls, the counter will feature gourmet variations in pistachio, tiramisu, and Lotus. But the real anticipation is for the new stars of their artisanal lineup: Burnt Basque Cheesecake (the Basque cake with a “burnt” exterior and a creamy center) and theTiramisu Croissant ( the perfect pairing of French pastry and the world’s most beloved Italian dessert).
