The history of Cucchi Burgers is rooted in the tradition of Macelleria Cucchi, founded in 1967 in Rome. After more than 50 years of experience in meat processing, brothers Matteo and Emanuele Cucchi decided in 2019 to transform the family business, creating a successful hamburguerie brand. The first opening, dedicated exclusively to delivery, immediately caught the attention of fans, leading to rapid expansion with outlets throughout Rome.
The first physical location was opened at 30 Via Bellegra, followed by other locations, including San Giovanni and Centocelle. Today, Cucchi Burgers has several outlets in the city and continues to grow: it will open in Casal Monastero, a neighborhood located in the northeast area of Rome, within City Hall IV. In 2023, the Centocelle store was the third-largest outlet in Italy for number of deliveries on Just Eat.
In addition to the expansion in Italy, Cucchi Burgers has international openings planned in countries such as Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Iran.
