You sit down and put yourself in the hands of the kitchen. For just €20 per person (water included), the table is filled with seasonal specialties: platters of selected cold cuts, cheeses, and a variety of fried and hot snacks, as well as first courses from the in-house pasta factory (their pride and joy). From wild boar pasta to sheep’s milk ravioli to fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, everything is handmade and also sold to the public for those who want to organize a special homemade lunch.
The historic thin and crispy pizza and main courses with strong flavors are not to be missed. Note: For the most demanding palates, there is also a grill with fine cuts of meat (not included in the fixed price).
