We had already tried this experience in January, when King Colis arrived for the 1st time in Rome (at cc Roma Est). At first glance, the thing that amazed us was the (kilometer-long!) line. The experience was fun, although choosing the right package is no easy feat. We had given you some suggestions in one of our articles.
King Colis is a French startup specializing in the recovery and affordable resale of undelivered parcels from e-commerce.

The new event in Rome
Until July 13, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., the Rome Casal Bertone Shopping Center is hosting a “blind” sale of lost packages. The event offers a sustainable and fun shopping experience, similar to a treasure hunt, in which customers have 10 minutes to choose their desired parcels without being able to open them before purchasing. The parcels contain products from various categories, including high-tech, branded clothing, video games, and cosmetics.
The price varies by size: standard parcels at 1.99 euros per 100 grams and premium parcels at 2.79 euros per 100 grams. For those who wish to avoid the line, online purchase of fast passes (15 euros) is available. The initiative is open to everyone, including minors accompanied by an adult.
King Colis, after winning over 100,000 visitors and selling more than 105 tons of parcels throughout Italy, aims to spread its concept of circular economy and responsible shopping also in the heart of Rome, with the goal of transforming shopping into a moment of surprise and play with friends and family.
What did we find last time?
Last time, we found a number of items, cute and useful some, less so. Of course, not everything you find reflects your tastes and sizes. Many, for this reason, then decide to resell them on some (second-hand) item selling apps. We leave you the video to understand how it works, should you be interested in trying it out.
