The Casa del Cinema in Rome is an important cultural center dedicated to cinema, located inside Villa Borghese, one of the city’s most famous parks. This space was opened in 2004 and is managed by Zètema Progetto Cultura, in collaboration with the City of Rome.
This center offers a wide range of activities related to the film world, including screenings, meetings with directors and actors, festivals and thematic reviews. The building that houses it has been renovated to offer modern and functional spaces. Inside are several movie theaters, including the Deluxe Hall, which is the main one and can accommodate about 124 spectators. In addition to the screening rooms, the facility also has exhibition spaces for film-related photography and art exhibitions.
