Pad Thai, ravioli, katsu sando, and many other dishes to savor at the Asian cuisine festival scheduled at Eataly in Ostiense. The event will take place in two parts in May 2026:

Festival highlights and culinary specialties
The second floor of Eataly will become a food market where various vendors will present their signature dishes. To name a few: Hong Kong and China will be represented by SONG, which will offer traditional Cantonese dumplings— har gau and jiaozi. VIÊTNÒM will bring street food with its famous bánh mì sandwiches and gỏi cuốn spring rolls.
Classics, such as pad thai kung, will be prepared by Chef Pum. Meanwhile, IE Koji Izakaya will present katsu sando with Wagyu beef, while Hiromi Cake will handle the desserts (mochi and dorayaki).

Ramè will offer sushi made with premium Italian ingredients, while Eataly will curate a corner dedicated to crispy tempura .
To accompany the food, original JAS drinks, a selection of sake, wines, and beers will be available.
Entertainment and insights
Not just food, but a complete cultural experience. Chefs will reveal the secrets of their recipes during cooking demonstrations. Among the highlights, on Saturday, May 9, the focus will be on bánh mì, and on Saturday, May 16, Chef Koji Nakai will delve into katsu sando. Both weekends will feature DJ sets to create a dynamic and convivial atmosphere.

Admission: free. How to purchase: tastings are purchased using tokens worth €1.50 each. Booklets for multiple tastings will be available at discounted prices.
