History and Tradition
The pastry shop began as a bakery, started by Ettore Polentini, who initially produced traditional Roman breads such as filoni and rosette. In the 1990s, under the leadership of Alfredo Polentini, the business expanded to include confectionery products. Over time, the company consolidated its reputation and now its products can be found in other stores and some supermarkets in the capital and Lazio.
