After nearly a decade of inactivity, the former Soratte Outlet is preparing for a full reopening with an ambitious revitalization project: the Roma Outlet Village. As reported in Il Sole 24 ore, the inauguration of the first phase is scheduled for the second half of 2026, thanks to a total investment of around 100 million euros.
The project is divided into two main phases and envisages a total of 150 stores and more than 2,500 parking spaces to serve the approximately 32,000 m² of retail space.
New outlet coming soon
The shopping center is located in Sant’Oreste, north of the capital, and is easily accessible from the A1 highway, with an exit at Ponzano Romano. Promoted by the ARCUS network (a Percassi Group company), it is positioned in the accessible luxury and mid-to-high-end segment, aiming to offer a sought-after and convenient shopping experience. Although the final list of 150 stores has not yet been made official, the offering aims to include well-known fashion and lifestyle brands, such as those commonly associated with this type of village and ARCUS positioning. This includes, for example, big names in fashion and accessories such as Armani, Coach, Furla, Tod’s, Dolce & Gabbana, Boss, Cavalli and Moschino, as well as brands specializing in home and personal care products.
The goal is to attract a large audience, estimated at about 3.8 million people residing within an hour’s drive, ensuring a mix of quality and convenience. It will be the Percassi Group’s third shopping hub in Italy, after the Sicilia Outlet Village and the Torino Outlet Village.
