The “Roma al Lavoro” event is the first Job Day of 2026 organized by Roma Capitale. It will be held this Thursday, February 12, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., atthe Roma Tre University (Department of Law, Via Ostiense 161).
The aim of the initiative is to facilitate direct contact between job seekers and local businesses.
What you can do during the event
During the morning, you will have the opportunity to speak directly with recruiters from the companies present. You can leave your resume for open positions and participate in meetings dedicated to career guidance, skills development, and the dynamics of the Roman job market.
Companies present
More than 30 nationally and internationally renowned companies will be present. Infrastructure and transport: Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, ACEA, Autogrill, Grimaldi Euromed, Aviation Services. Technology and Services: IBM Italia, Unidata, BPER Banca. Retail and Entertainment: IKEA Italia, Birra Peroni, Marlù Retail, Lux Entertainment. Tourism and Third Sector: various hotels throughthe Ente Bilaterale del Turismo del Lazio (EBTL) and social cooperatives such as OSA and Caritas (Cooperativa Roma Solidarietà).

Tourism, Logistics, and Transportation is the area with the most offers for operational and hospitality profiles. We are looking for receptionists, booking agents, and hospitality staff, as well as all types of catering staff (chefs, waiters, bartenders). There is also high demand in the airport and naval sectors (onboard and ground staff) and in logistics (warehouse workers and loaders).

The event is free and open to all citizens, but to participate, you mustregister online by filling out the form.
We recommend that you bring several printed copies of your CV, updated and tailored to the sectors you are interested in. If you have a specific profile (e.g., IT, social and health care, or tourism), check the municipality’s website for a detailed list of the positions available so that you can better prepare for the speed interviews that will be held during the morning.
