If you’re looking for a nice, intimate setting for your next outing, Pianostrada was created as a true “kitchen workshop” where a love of dough, baking and high-quality food are at the heart of the experience. This is how you eat in the winter garden.
The elegance of a bistro with the warmth of home cooking
Their strength lies in preparing dishes that surprise the palate, such as stuffed flatbreads, pastas, and main courses of both meat and fish. Among the best-loved dishes is the focaccia stracchino, eggplant and zucchini alla scapece, basil, mint, toasted pine nuts and zucchini flowers. In fact, the real workhorse, which has made them famous since the beginning, is a high-hydration focaccia, prepared with long leavening and filled with high-quality ingredients, creatively combined. The menu changes according to seasonal ingredients.

The project was born around four women (Paola Colucci, daughters Alice and Flaminia, and Chiara Magliocchetti). Today, Paola, Alice, Flaminia, and Claudio carry forward a vision of dining based on sophisticated domestic atmosphere, love of dough (bread, focaccia), elements often overlooked in other restaurants, but which here are the heart of the first bites at the table.
They also offer the quirky counter: the ability to book maximum for 6 people and minimum for 4, a wood-counter experience with a dedicated chef to devise a themed tasting course of the diner’s choice (sea, land, vegetable, tradition or laboratory). The restaurant is also available for exclusive rental or for a dinner at your home, with full management of the home event.
