Normal is a Danish chain of retail stores founded in 2013 in Silkeborg by Torben Mouritsen and Bo Kristensen. It is distinguished by its concept, which combines products from well-known brands at fixed, affordable prices, without discounts or special promotions. This is made possible by purchasing products directly from European distributors, eliminating middlemen. Currently, Normal operates more than 850 stores in eight European countries, including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Finland, Portugal, Spain, and the Netherlands.
The stores offer a wide range of personal care, hygiene, make-up, household cleaning items, snacks and beverages. The assortment is constantly being renewed with more than 100 new products every week. Packages with personal care products and food (e.g., potato chips) are also offered on their site.

After success in countries such as Spain and Portugal, it will open its first two stores in Italy in March 2025 at the RomaEst and Porta di Roma shopping centers.
