The Confetteria Moriondo e Gariglio, already celebrated by the poet Trilussa, is a precious boutique where you can enjoy a cup of hot chocolate or buy delicious chocolates, cremini and marrons glacés. “Moriondo and Gariglio” were the historic servant chocolatiers of the Italian royal family. The two cousins founded the workshop of the same name in Turin in 1850 and then moved to Rome.

Starbucks
Starbucks has recently expanded its presence in Rome, opening several new outlets in the city. And at these coffee shops you can work or study while enjoying a tasty hot chocolate. Here is a summary of Starbucks locations in the capital:
- Starbucks Piazza Montecitorio, is located on Via della Guglia, near the Chamber of Deputies. The outlet covers two floors with an area of 200 square meters and offers 80 seats.
- Starbucks Termini Station two Starbucks outlets. One is located in the Terrace Food Lounge, above the tracks, and is open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. The other outlet is a grab&go located in the shopping arcade in the basement.
