Just a short distance from Rome, among the vineyards of Frascati, you can enjoy a natural experience from lunch through dinner. The soul of the land is the beating heart of the L’Olivella Farm. We are in a region renowned for Lazio’s viticulture, where the volcanic soil produces wines of great character.
Giardino l’Olivella: what to drink and what to eat
Drinking wine right where the grapes are grown creates a direct and authentic connection with the producer. You can sip everything from sparkling wines to the fresh, mineral-rich whites typical of the region (such as Frascati Superiore), all the way to full-bodied reds.

The culinary offerings are not left to chance, but stem from a collaboration with La Galleria di Sopra in Albano Laziale ( a historic restaurant of excellence in the Castelli Romani) and Magnolia Eventi.
The aperitif menu
The aperitif, which takes place outdoors when the weather is nice, features the “Five Temptations” with a glass of wine (€20.00): it includes a glass of wine accompanied by five delicious bites (spare rib meatballs, stuffed focaccia, fried seafood, sheep’s milk ricotta, and rustic zucchini pie). To share, you’ll find the classic charcuterie and cheese platter (€28.00); bread, oil, and creativity (€9.00); vegetarian tomato rice balls (€7.00); and zucchini spaghetti (€12.00).
For those who wish to continue with dinner, you can order first courses, such as amatriciana or ravioli with asparagus, and meat main courses like braised beef with potatoes or pork shank. The menu may change depending on the seasonality of the ingredients.
Located in a privileged setting, Giardino offers a breathtaking view: sunset is the iconic moment. Watching the sun go down while immersed in the silence of the countryside is the heart of the “Relax” experience.
It is the ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful retreat, a romantic toast, or a special event surrounded by greenery. It remains open even in winter, thanks to its indoor dining area, though not every day. We invite you to contact the venue in advance, as table reservations are required.
Where: Via Colle Pisano 5, Frascati. Dinners in the vineyard will resume in June.
