For those who prefer traditional flavors, there is no shortage of the classic Zabaione with Marsala and Passito di Pantelleria and the sweet IGP Piedmont Hazelnut, with no bitter aftertaste. Sicilian Pistachio ice cream is made with real pistachio, without coloring agents, offering a natural and authentic taste.
Sicilia Romana is the winning flavor of the Gelato Festival in Rome and awarded the quality prize at the European final, a mix of almond gelato with pistachio cremino and caramelized almonds and pistachios.
