The Bulgari Sweets Boutique and Tea Time at the Bulgari Hotel Roma offer an exclusive and refined experience in the heart of the capital, combining the elegance of the Bulgari brand with the culinary mastery of chef Niko Romito.
Tea Time at Bulgari Hotel Roma
Tea Time takes place at the Café at the Bulgari Hotel Roma, located at Piazza Augusto Imperatore 18. It is a daily appointment, available from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., and offers two formulas:
- Tea Time Classico (50€): includes a selection from among the fine organic leaf teas and a riser with sweet and savory suggestions
- Tea Time Bulgari (70€): adds a flute of Champagne to the classic formula.
The riser includes a selection of sweet and savory creations signed by Niko Romito: single-portion Monte Bianco, tartlet with hazelnut and raspberries, raisin and raisin chocolate, spice cake with vanilla cream, nougat and panettone with cocoa sauce and custard. For those who like savory food: mini bomba with beaten beef and truffle, crostino butter and smoked salmon, bruschetta with artichokes.

The Bulgari Sweets Boutique
The boutique is located on the ground floor of the hotel, with independent access from Via della Frezza 28. It is the first store in Italy dedicated to Bulgari sweets, combining the luxury and elegance of the Maison with the pastry art of tristate chef Niko Romito.
The boutique offers a selection of confectionery delicacies of the highest quality, including: “jewel” chocolates inspired by the geometries of the Pantheon, reinterpreted traditional Italian desserts such as the Sicilian cannolo, torta caprese and millefoglie, and exclusive single-portions inspired by different Italian regions.

Free Tasting
Until January 6, 2025, a small outdoor house located at the hotel will offer a free mini tasting of panettone and hot chocolate, a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the Christmas atmosphere.
