FaceTrainer in Rome refers to professionals who specialize in facial training according to the FaceTraining® method, designed by Veronica Rocca. This innovative method relies on targeted exercises, specific manuals and cutting-edge techniques to tone, firm and rejuvenate the face naturally, without resorting to scalpels or needles.
The FaceTraining® Studio is defined as a true “gym for the face.” Here, FaceTrainers-trained directly by Veronica Rocca-work in an integrated way on the 36 facial muscles, fascia, and deep tissues of the face, using both manual techniques and innovative technologies.
The main protocol is called FaceTraining® Ritual, a passive treatment during which the FaceTrainer performs specific manual techniques to: train and relax facial muscles, stimulate microcirculation, and improve skin tone, elasticity, and radiance.
Advanced treatments can be added to the basic ritual such as: muscle electrostimulation, radiofrequency, coolifting (CO₂ and nebulized hyaluronic acid), intraoral massage (particularly useful for jaw tension and bruxism), and vitamin shots via hydroporation.
How much does the facial gym cost
The monthly membership, which includes 4 workouts, costs €220, the quarterly (12 workouts) €600, and the semi-annual (24 workouts) €1,080. The FaceTraining® Ritual lasts 30 minutes and costs €60. Then there are several individual packages, such as face building for €90 (FaceTraining® Ritual + Electrostimulation).
The benefits of FaceTraining® include: natural and immediate lifting effect elle more radiant and relaxed already after the first week, definition of the oval of the face and opening of the eyes, reduction of wrinkles and signs of fatigue after a few weeks.
