Do you love privacy and avoid chaos?Archeologia Privé is a new format conceived by the restaurant of the same name, which incorporates pre-existing Roman structures dating back to the 1st century AD. It is a personalized dining experience located along the historic Via Appia Antica in Rome. This new proposal is not a simple restaurant, but an exclusive place ideal for special occasions.
The Privé
Inside the renowned restaurant, originally a post station and crossroads for artists and merchants, the Privé occupies a distinct space on the upper floor, featuring a modern design that harmonizes with the history of ancient Rome. It adds a touch of exclusivity with elegant and intimate settings, such as the “ButterflyRoom” and the “Firefly Room,” each seating up to eight. The interior combines contemporary design and historic elements, creating a refined atmosphere.
The menu
The menu at L’Archeologia Privé is a bespoke tasting created by Chef Stefano Ruzzoli. The dining experience includes sophisticated dishes such as scallops, quail, and oysters, presented by the chef directly at the table for a dramatic touch. The cuisine is based on seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques, offering a dialogue between past and present.
Packages offered include romantic seven-course dinners for two at €250 per person, dinners for groups of three to five at €130 per person (with a minimum spend of €780), and dinners for larger groups with customized formulas. The Privé also features high-quality sound systems, karaoke and DJ sets to further personalize the experience.
