Rome is preparing to mark the official start of the journey that will lead the Olympic Flame to the XXV Olympic Winter Games in Milan Cortina 2026. The capital, chosen as the symbolic starting point, will host the event with a grand celebration that will last several days. The flame will pass through the city on Dec. 6, 2025, bringing a universal message of unity, inclusion and hope. Here are free tickets to see the spectacle.
The team of 10,001 Flame bearers consists of a diverse mix of figures who embody Olympic values through social engagement, sports, music and pop culture.
The Great Free Concert on December 5
The celebrations will begin on the evening of December 5 at the iconic Stadio dei Marmi with The Coca-Cola Music Fest. The big free live music event, which has already sold out for tickets, will feature performances by top artists starting at 8:30 p.m., including: Mahmood, Noemi, The Kolors, Tananai, Carl Brave.
The Coca-Cola Village
The Journey of the Flame, sponsored by Coca-Cola, will be a traveling experience along all 110 Italian provinces. Two key elements will make each stop a celebration:
- the Main Truck: an iconic traveling experience of light, sound and movement (animated by DJs, MCs and Brand Ambassadors)
- the Coca-Cola Village: a place for sharing, with music (DJ sets and mega karaoke on the Warm-Up Stage), food (opportunity to enjoy pizza and support Food Bank) and a corner dedicated to the history of Coca-Cola and the Olympic Games
The Olympic spirit will be central to the Village thanks to the Sports Area – Powerade, which will offer interactive experiences. The Village (operating from Dec. 6 to Dec. 23) will have a focus on the environment (with the collection of mini-aluminum cans in collaboration with CiAl) and social engagement (with collaboration with Banco Alimentare and others).
