In Rome, in the Torpignattara neighborhood, there is an enchanted place that every year, with the arrival of spring, turns into a true paradise of colors: TuliPark. This flower garden, open to the public from March 18 (11 a.m.), offers a unique experience, allowing visitors to personally pick their favorite tulips, as in a flower self-service. Simply pick up a bucket, choose from the available varieties and have them wrapped in the gazebo.
TuliPark’s Various Attractions.
Inside the park, you can see several varieties of tulips, including the Romans’ tulip (Banja Luka Variety), the world’s only green tulip (Greenland Variety), and the Ice Cream Tulip. But TuliPark is not just a place to admire tulips; it also offers a food court where you can enjoy typical Dutch dishes, a children’s area with fun attractions, and an exhibition area displaying the most beautiful varieties of tulips. In addition, the park is enhanced by a windmill and a maxi Klomp, the typical Dutch clog, which becomes a photo attraction.
